Terms and conditions

This document outlines of the terms of agreement (the "Agreement") between the link buyer (the "Bidder") and Posolstvo.Com (the "Directory"). Posolstvo.Com is a trading name of Russian Gazette Ltd, registered in Cardiff, Wales (Company No 06515201. RO: Suite B, 29 Harley Street, London, W1G 9QR, UK).

The Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to bid with the Directory.

Link Policy

• Links are listed permanently in the Directory, but position is determined by bids.
• Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by the Directory. Additional fee (equivalent to a half of a minimum bid) applies for any change made.
• Links can be removed at any time for violating Directory's link policies.
• Links to illegal, gambling or adult-related web sites, as well questionable in opinion of the Directory, are strictly forbidden.
• Links, their titles and descriptions must not contain ALL CAPS, mistakes, special characters or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", etc. Offensive language and any slang are absolutely prohibited by the Directory.
• Valid link titles, URLs, descriptions and category suitability are always at the discretion of the Diectory.
• Links can be removed from one category and placed into another if Directory's structure changes.

Payment Policy

• The active currency for all bids are Great Britain Pounds of Sterling. The current minimum bid is £50, the minimum bid-up is £50, the deep linking is £25. Link effects pricing varies: "Colour Your Link" - £100, "Add a Star" - £30, "Add a Country Flag" - £25.
• The initial bid is paid for link reviews and assessments, not for listing in the Directory. However, successful links will be listed and no extra setup fee becomes applicable. It is highly recommended to contact the Directory before buying a link in order to determine whether Bidder's link can be accepted or not. Otherwise, the Bidder pays at own risk.
• The Directory can increase the minimum bid (a bid to add a new link), the minimum bid-up (a bid for an existing link), and link effects pricing at any time without notice. Price change will not affect links already added into the Directory: e.g. if a link has been already accepted and published for just one pound bid, it will remain in the Directory permanently and no top-up will be required unless the Bidder decides to improve its position by bidding-up; or if a link effect has been purchased before, the recent price increase does not demand a balance payment - whatever has been provided was provided on a permanent basis.
• The Directory will never decrease its minimum bid. E.g. if it is currently £50, it will not fall even for a penny in the future. The Directory supports a fair policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Bids are non-refundable.
• The Bidder can remove a bid or link by contacting the Directory. Once ownership is confirmed the link can be removed, however no bids will be refunded.

Promotion

• The Directory is a for profit project. It markets itself in a number of ways, one of which is a promotional web site listing: the Directory credits reasonable sums and temporarily lists selected web sites for Directory's expense.
• All links placed on a promotional basis becomes inactive shortly if no minimum bid received within a reasonable period of time (variable).
• After the minimum bid is paid, the sum credited by the Directory is being withdrawn and does not add to the entire contribution.
• Everyone can request a promotional listing for a web site, however, this privilege cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the Directory to learn more about eligibility.

Search Engine Poisk.At, Posolstvo.Eu & RussianGazette.Info listings

• The Bidder is welcome to promote business through our other web sites: Poisk.At, Posolstvo.Eu and RussianGazette.Info.
• Poisk.At, a Russian Gazette search engine. There is no fee for a search engine index inclusion, if a link to a web site is already listed in the Directory. (It does not apply to links added to the Directory on a promotional basis).
• Posolstvo.Eu, a Russian edition of the Directory. The Bidder must bid separately in order to get links reviewed, assessed and listed in Posolstvo.Eu. Please follow this link to add a link or to learn terms and conditions (in Russian) - policies and pricing can differ. Important: if a link title and its description reqire translation from English into Russian, it iwill be provided for free (subject ot link review and assessment). The current minimum bid is £35.
• RussianGazette.Info, a general business listing. The Bidder must bid separately in order to get links reviewed, assessed and listed in RussianGazette.Info. Please follow this link to add a link or to learn terms and conditions (in English) - policies and pricing can differ. Important: this web site has been just recently published on the Internet and is currently being tested - bidding there is cheap - the minimum bid is just £5, but is to grow in the future. RussianGazette.Info will be marketed differently from Posolstvo.Com and Posolstvo.Eu directories.
